This holiday season we are inviting our Campus Life Alumni to Come Home For Christmas. On Thursday December 17th we invite you to join us from 7pm-9pm for a Campus Life Alumni open house. This is a great opportunity to see how the building has changed, share Campus Life memories, and hear how Campus Life is still giving life to so many kid’s stories. In this introductory level, juniors learn swing fundamentals, safety, and basic fitness routines. Familiarization with the golf course and facility are also explored in a fun and non-intimidating way. Juniors develop full swing techniques and are introduced to basic chipping and putting methods. Simple rules and etiquette will get them ready for the golf course. Character Traits learned: Integrity, Sportsmanship, and Respect. 859-371-8255
Healthcare Exploration Academy - LeTourneau University
Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional, doctor, nurse, etc.? Then this camp is for YOU! You will learn skills professionals use every day in the hospital. Campers will have hands-on learning experiences working as healthcare providers. Activities will include learning how to take blood pressures, apply personal protective equipment, listen to heart and lung sounds, give injections, start IVs, suture wounds, participate in a simulation scenario and much more. Campers will receive a backpack of over $100 worth of supplies to take home to continue their healthcare journey. Director: Jennifer Bray 1-903-233-3094
K-3rd Arts & Crafts MWF- PM - Maranatha Christian Schools
All your child will need to bring to this class (offered in the morning and afternoons) - is their imagination! Every day for three weeks, students will be rolling up their sleeves and learning exciting new art techniques – from molding clay into their favorite animal, to making tea sets, vases, sea life, or other imaginative works of art! Projects include drawing, watercolor, mosaic glass infusion and ‘make-your-own purse or wallet. Children create all of their own masterpieces, and can take them home to enjoy forever. Students – get ready to have fun and let your creative side shine! All art projects are age appropriate and individual expression is encouraged! 858-759-9737
