The Counselors presence at camp is an integral part of the summer camp experience for everyone. Ideally, we are looking for dynamic individuals who share a passion for camp, a love of working and who are seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus. It is important to keep in mind that this job in its simplest form is servant leadership. It is tiring, sometimes trying, and our focus as staff should not be on ourselves but on our campers. As staff of Cathedral Ridge summer camps, we are also representatives of the Episcopal Church in Colorado, and are working in a ministry that many people believe to be incredibly important in our Diocese. While the job of a camp counselor is not for the weary, it can be a very rewarding and enlightening experience. What this camp might lack in 5 star hotel lodging they more than make up for in personal attention to campers. They remember every camper by name, send them birthday cards, and make sure each one is recognized as a VERY special person. They have been doing this for 35 years with an impeccable safety record. The time is almost here. I can barely sit still. Next Level 48 youth and Highschool football camps. 5th - 8th grade youth camp is June 18th and all Highschool camp June 25th. The cost is only $50. Camps will be held on the field across from Hyde Park Highschool from 9am-1pm. Kids will not only train and condition but receive signed autographs from Ex & current NFL players. Bring your sons, nephews, brothers and cousins out to this camp. Track & Field Camp - STA Track

Fishing for Families - Ned Smith Center for Nature & Art
Join us for a great day of aquatic adventures at the Ned Smith Center! Families are invited to share the joy of fishing with your up-and-coming anglers, while learning about the complex environment of the Wiconisco Creek. Ample time will be dedicated to casting instruction and practice, as well as fishing along the creek. Equipment is provided. All participants must wear closed-toe, hard soled shoes that can get wet. Each child will receive a spin cast reel and rod at the conclusion of the day. Thanks to our program partners Bass Pro Shops, Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, and Doc Fritchey Chapter of Trout Unlimited, we are able to offer this camp at a reduced fee. Date: Saturday, June 4th 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Age: 8 – 17 with an adult Fee: $20/student; parents are welcome, and encouraged to attend this camp free of charge. 717-692-3699

If you loved Slimy Art & Science you will love Mix It Up! A definite hands on experience where students will be mixing up (and inventing!) their own materials for the weeks projects.
