Under the supervision of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation staff, children can independently choose and engage in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, puzzles, reading, drawing or simply socializing with friends. At 9:00am, children will be escorted to camp, and signed-in by a staff member. Fees will not be pro-rated for partial attendance. TEEN RETREAT at Camp Timpoochee - designed for teens, by teens... This year's RETREAT will be held February 24th-26th and will include activities such as: team building, resume writing, interviews, the art of sports fishing, shooting sports, outdoor cooking, arts/crafts and dance/drama. Our teenagers will participate in a 4-H service project “Chemo Kits” for local individuals suffering from cancer. They will also learn how to apply for 4H scholarships and so much more.

Focus and fun is the premise behind our children's day camp run by qualified staff from Enshin Karate and Radiant Beginnings Yoga. Our martial arts class, is taught by 4 time world champion Mike Ninomiya and his lovely wife Diana Ninomiya. Both of whom have been certified to teach in Denver Public Schools in the Radiant Beginnings enrichment program. We have a wide variety of activities involved besides martial arts and yoga; West African drumming and chess workshops are two other focuses mixed into this camp designed to bring fun, focus and stress management in the mind body realm. Open to all levels of Middle and High School French. These camps will help students in transition from Middle to High School, review past materials, get a head start on new material and skip a grade level. Mornings will focus on academics and in the afternoons teens will explore French cultures in Los Angeles with a program designed just for them!
