Arduino I* - $350 (July 18 – July 22) Todays technology: computer controlled Do-It-Yourself electronic projects facilitated by Arduino. Arduino is a micro-controller with user friendly coding that can be used to interact with the physical world. This Arduino starter camp will provide basic instruction on how to use the Arduino micro-controller to perform a variety of different tasks. This is a full day camp and includes a $50.00 material fee for take home electronic parts and accessories. Advisable Note: For continued learning experience beyond this camp, your child is encouraged to bring her/his own laptop daily onto which the necessary drivers and codes would be installed for the tasks we do each day. 484-664-1002

Positive Life Change
Although they mentioned "life changing" on their mission statement I though that was just advertising. It turns out this truly was a life changing summer for our daughter. She was also a sweet girl a little on the shy side. But this summer she seemed to blossom. She came home confident and eager to participate in activities at our church. Movement & Art Camp - Friendswood, TX
Kid Creations & Bay Area Pilates are teaming up for another 3-hour Movement & Art Camp. Kids will have FUN learning the benefits of pilates in a choreographed-for-kids pilates class for one hour and then will be escorted down the sidewalk to Kid Creations for two hours of arts and crafts. Snacks will be provided. Workshops can be attended separately. The cost is $45 for both. To come to Kid Creations alone from 1:00-3:00pm, the cost is $30. 4-H Teen Summit - Session 3 - Nancy, KY
Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. No class on the 4th of July! Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture! No theme, just great fun creating wonderful pieces of artwork while using a mixture of artist quality materials including clay, watercolor, paint, soft pastels, oil pastels, Art Stiks, illustration markers, Aqua Stiks, and more! Try your hand at Zentangle patterns, printmaking and collage to create mixed media and 3D designs.
