Crabtree will be joined by more than 20 other NFL players. WHAT: The mini-camp is designed to help participants develop and improve their football skills, sportsmanship and teamwork, while building confidence both on-and-off the field. Campers of all levels will be coached by the pros, college stars and football coaches from the area. Instruction will focus on the team concept of football and fundamental skills. Tech Time 3rd-5th - Evergreen Country Day School
Designed with the collaborative workshop model in mind, campers will enjoy an in-depth exploration of two essential tech tools: Scratch programming and Lego stop animation. Using MITs Scratch programming language, fundamental concepts will be taught so campers can start creating stories, games and animations and even try applying some of these skills to games like Minecraft. Well then investigate tricks of the trade for creating Lego stop animation movies so campers can make their very own flicks. The week ends with a culminating workshop day for students to tweak and expand existing projects. No previous experience necessary; just come with curiosity and readiness to have fun! The camp caters to all levels of chess players, and participants are divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Wizards. All participants receive a Chess Wizards t-shirt and earn a trophy.
