Classroom: B-7 Instructor: Sabine Kroeber Every child has a story to tell – and what better way than to tell it with their own comic! Students will learn how to design their own cartoon characters on the computer and bring them to life using posing and emotion controls. The use of background, props, speech bubbles and props will be discussed. We will take photos at Valle Verde and import them to create a comic happening at our school! Comics will be shared on a website and students can collaborate on comics together. Bring your own flash drive with photos if you like! (7 weeks) 415-314-1749

Revolution Youth Fall Retreat - Alba, TX
When: Nov. 13-15 Where: Focus Point Base Camp in Alba, TX Who: Grades 7th – 12th Students and parents, we are excited to announce that we have set a date for the fall youth retreat and service project. We’re looking forward to a packed weekend of bible study, worship, fellowship, service and fun. There is a cost of $45 per person, student and volunteers, and your contribution covers the cost of the 2 night stay and 4 meals. More information will be communicated in the next week. Please RSVP by Nov. 8th.
Youth Camp Fundraiser Cookbook Sale - Adamsville, AL
Church family our VCF Cookbook is in the final stages before being sent to the publisher. We have to place the order on 2/15/2016 and we nned a count of how many to order. Please invite all your, family and friends and coworkers to this event. All cookbook proceeds will go to Youth Summer Camp. The cookbook contains over 500 recipes ann is hard backed. Friday, August 19 5:30pm-7:00pm Teens can join us for a night of fun in the park. We will have a planning meeting for the fall, Elections for our Officers, and cooking dinner over the campfire. Email stephanie.hoffer@phila.gov for more information.

Teen AXN League is a team of female and trans youth, working year-round in conjunction with Girls Rock NC, to create safer spaces for teens like us in North Carolina, primarily through organizing an annual overnight feminism and music summer camp! $5-10 suggested donation. & get ready to buy a ton of great teen screen-printed merch!
