LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Session II Volleyball - Cornerstone University
Grades 5-12 (Day Camp) Check-in will be from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Monday morning in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center. Parents are welcome to attend the training sessions and observe. A medical release form has been enclosed and the registration process will move along much more quickly if this form is filled out (or mailed in) prior to checking in. We will begin camp at 9:00 AM throughout the week and end around 4:00 PM. Camp will conclude on Thursday with a tournament all day and an awards ceremony following at 3:00 PM. I encourage all parents to attend the ceremony and celebrate the weeks accomplishments with the campers and coaching staff. 616-254-1671

Summer Camp 2015 - CARNIVAL COVE - Avalon, CA
**FOR INCOMING 9TH-12TH GRADE STUDENTS** Winter Camp is over... now it's time to think about SUMMER CAMP at Campus by the Sea. The total is $325 (includes EVERYTHING except for any extra money you'd like to bring for the day trip into Avalon). This year we are asking you for a $20 DEPOSIT BY FEBRUARY 8TH!!! We need you to get in an early deposit so we know how many spots to reserve for our church. Be sure to get those deposits in to guarantee your spot (we will only have a few extras just in case, but not a lot). The next deposit will be $100 which will be due on APRIL 12TH. The Kingdom Kids Christmas Gala is a benefit dinner and silent auction to raise funds and awareness for Kingdom Kids Homes. We are excited to share pictures, videos, and stories about what God has done through our ministry this past year and to share our hopes and dreams for the future! Girls Dance - Sanford Day Camp
Michele Buglio will be the instructor for our Dance program. Michele has been our Dance teacher for a number of years. She has her studio called Dance HDC at the Shoppes at Louviers. Micheles enthusiasm and energy should result in an exciting camp for your child. Dancers will be taught the basics in leaps and turns, ballet, theatre, modern, hip-hop, and Zumba. ----------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. All dancers will be transported in the morning to a professional dance studio for their dance instruction. ----------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Specialty dance shoes are optional, but encouraged. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. Five-Mile City: A 3-D Imaginative Adventure - Visual Art Institute
Have you ever wanted to build a huge, imaginary city with parks, buildings, roads, schools, and anything else your heart desires? Students will work with a professional architect as they plan and build a 3-D city. Each student will create parts of the 5-Mile City. Art of Fashion - Valle Verde Elementary

Learn how to design a collection through fashion sketching, use of fabric swatches and collage. Then take your mini portfolio home to share your vision. There is so much exploration to be done in the world of childrens literature! Students will be exposed to the wonders of their favorite books and be introduced to newly published stories as well.
