June 15-19, 9:00am-4:00pm, $200/kiddo Hosted by Missoula Fencing Association and Moksha Studio. For kids ages 7-10 years old who wanna be a Pirate AND join the Circus. Monday - Friday 9am-12:30pm: PIRATE (hosted by Missoula Fencing Association) Monday - Friday 12:30pm- 4:00pm: CIRCUS (hosted by Moksha Aerial Studio) PIRATE: Come express your inner pirate! We get our youngest fencers started learning fencing basics with lots of fun and games in this week long camp. Time will also be spent in activities that increase fitness, coordination and strategy development. All protective equipment is provided and we finish out the week with some stage combat. CIRCUS: Kids will have a blast learning skills. Teachers: Ansley Young and Pam Peters lead young artists in creating a fully functional four legged creature marionette from wood, paint, rope and more. After reading and researching myths and fairy tales, kids use their findings to construct a magical being and develop a story to tell. The story will be told in a 10-15 minute performance at the end of the week. We close online registration 24 hours prior to camp start.
