By connecting breath with movement, each class will build strength, flexibility, and balance while creating an increased sense of well-being, on and off the mat. Pamela has been practicing yoga for more than 19 years. Initially drawn to the mat to balance her running routine, she remained as the deeper awareness and meditative benefits took hold.
