Sycamore science teacher Mr. McCarter has a long and successful history of coaching students in both the Vex and Lego robotics competitions. The competitions are great motivators, but the true value is the hands on learning that happens when students engage with robots. This camp is designed to do exactly that. As a certified educator working in the public schools I can attest that Camp Birch Hill is an excellent opportunity for students to increase their social skills, learn how to collaborate, and most importantly, have FUN! Camp Cordovas Sports Adventure. Camp Cordova is hosting a specialty day camp at Lincoln Village Park. This day camp is perfect for the extremely active child ages 8-11. Enjoy weekly themes and field trips, along with a variety of camp-style sports games & adventure activities with an emphasis on fun, learning, and participation.
