Summer Camps are no-frills, get-a-lot-done, fun-filled social events. We are trying something new this year! We will join Debi Morris at her campground, Traveler’s Woods. There will be no fee to crop and we will plan our potluck meals in advance. Camping is available – Campers with water/sewer/electric are $20.00/night; tents with electric plug are $10.00/night. Showers, a bathhouse, and a pool are available for campers. Optional Friday night add-on to camp. (Provide your own camper or tent, payment upon arrival.) Digital scrappers and card makers welcome at all events too! Join us for one or both days.

We'll do some outreach on Wednesday (probably giving out hot chocolate or tea at the balloon inflation) and then partner with Gobble Gobble Give to rock out Thanskgiving Morning serving--and then head home to do Thanksgiving with our own families. If you're coming from further away and want to do Thanksgiving here-that's also totally cool. Get excited and save the date!

The call goes out as it always does. The Blackwatch must gather. Whatever intrigues and perils await must be endured...for the Nightlands beckon. Join local DMV native and star Miami Dolphins linebacker Jelani Jenkins for the ultimate kids football camp this summer. The camp will be hosted by Jenkins and ten NFL Players from around the league. The non-padded, light contact camp aims to improve youth football IQ through position-specific techniques, fundamentals and skills development. The two-day camp is for 5th grade through rising ninth grade boys and girls, and promotes healthy activity, exercise and teamwork. Know any kids who would love to attend? SeaPerch ROV - LCMM Campus: Vergennes/Basin Harbor
Built a Custom Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and Explore Lake Champlain! Using a SeaPerch ROV kit we will learn how to assemble, solder, wire, and fly an ROV. We will use our ROVs to explore the bottom of Lake Champlain and learn how nautical archeologists and scientists use ROVs to study shipwrecks and the aquatic life of the lake. 802-475-2022
Equestrian Camps - Horseback Riding - Camp Olympia
Children will ride twice a day 4 times per week, swim every day, and do various unmounted horse activities including leading horses, unsaddling, grooming, bathing, cleaning tack, plus general barn responsibilities. There is no riding on Thursdays (horses much deserved day off- try running around in 90+ degree weather with a fur coat on), but the kids will have unmounted horse activities such as those listed above and have the opportunity to play Camp Game, traditional favorite. Long pants, smooth, hard soled shoes, bathing suit, towel, and lunch are needed every day. All camp forms must be completed and received by Camp Olympia before camper can attend this program. Its the perfect time to plan our garden, start seedlings, paint signs, and cook. Its the perfect time to follow monarchs online and see how many sightings have been reported. Come and join the fun!
