For over 50 years, Roaring Brook Camp has specialized in providing instruction in outdoor sports and outdoor skills and, Vermont crafts as an American Camp Association accredited camp. Toddler Boot Camp: 'I'm a Big Kid Now' - Battle Creek, MI
Youngsters and their families will enjoy stories, crafts, songs, and surprises at Toddler Boot Camp. This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. Stories and songs such as "Bye Bye Binky," " No More Diapers," and "No More Monsters," will be shared to make transitioning for parent and child a fun experience.

Pre-teen Improv Summer Camp (Session 2) - Norfolk, VA
This camp is open to children ages 7 to 12. Students will explore the key elements of both long and short form improvisation. The children will play numerous improv games which will serve to develop and enhance their public-speaking, social, and team-building skills. This camp will be conducted in a non-judgmental environment where the students will build confidence, make friends, and most importantly… have fun. Snacks will be provided on a daily basis and there will be a pizza-party for lunch on Friday. The camp concludes on Saturday with all students performing in a graduation show on the stage of the Push Comedy Theater. Each student will receive a Push Comedy Theater T-shirt and be eligible to perform in the 5th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2016. We will have 3 sessions throughout the summer. Session1: July 11th - 15th, 9:30am to noon Session 2: August 1st - 5th, 9:30 to noon Session 3: August 22nd - 26th, 9:30 to noon These are all beginner level sessions, no experience is necessary. Tution is $200 for new students (includes a t-shirt), $190 for returning students.

14 Annual SE Houston Muslim Youth Camp - New Braunfels, TX
Age 13 to college young adult males Camp registration fees for 2016 are $100 per attendee. Registration closes on March 20th. The registration fee covers: *Transportation *Food *Tents *Supplies INTERESTED WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Due to camp accommodations we MUST have firm commitments. We will have youth lead group leaders, guest speakers, games, sport activities, campfires, skits, and much more on the Guadalupe River. Professional Scene Study (Sp16JUN) - Aquila Morong Studio
This class is an "actors gymnasium," where you will be asked to follow direction, learn what directors look for on set, and get invaluable feedback on your work. Donna Morong, noted Casting Director and Acting Teacher, will provide feedback alongside a guest director as you are filmed performing scenes from film and TV. Students will learn how to work on-set under pressure in a simulated professional environment. Previous directors include: Randall Zisk (Scandal, The Mentalist, Monk), Gary Fleder (Homefront), Damon Santostefano (Three To Tango), Will Geiger (Elvis and Anabelle), Brett Simon (Assassination of a High School President), and Anna Mastro (Guidance,Walter). "I encourage my students to take risks, explore different choices and delve more deeply into the characters they are portraying. I provide an environment that is close to a professional work situation without the pressure of having to prove anything. I hope to develop their own internal sense of emotional truth as it applies to film, theater and television roles. In Coyotes professional kitchen youll pick up the tools, techniques, & complex ingredients that chefs count on to make foods taste & look fantastic. Grades: K - 12th This weeks theme "Kids in the Kitchen Week" Parents, is your child ready to have fun and make new friends this summer? If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. A weekly food menu will be provided at request. If your child has a particular taste, you may consider bringing a sack lunch for your child. The park in the summer is hot, please send your child to the park with a bottle of water and sunscreen. Staff will provide an igloo of cold water for refills.
