LATEST CAMPS NEWS: THURS : PreK & Kindergarten Program - The Story of King Midas - The Philadelphia School
Join us for a fun-filled day experiencing an interactive storytelling adventure about the myth of King Midas! Each student will decorate a golden mask and participate in recreating the story. Students will also learn about Turkey and the cultural traditions of the land where King Midas once ruled. We will also explore the rich and colorful patterns of Turkish tiles, and each student will design and decorate their own tile to take home. A mid-morning snack will be served. Choice indoor and outdoor activities will be offered, as well as a walk to Taney Park, weather permitting. Please pack a lunch (including a beverage) in a disposable bag. For the safety of our students, please DO NOT INCLUDE PEANUT BUTTER or any nuts in your childs lunch. The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with drop-off available in the yard beginning at 8:00 a.m. (at no extra charge). **Extended day is available from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for an additional $20. A late-afternoon snack and choice activities will be provided. Pick-up time is 3:00 p.m. for the regular program and 5:30 p.m. for the extended day. Emoji Teen Camp! *See Event Info for Details* - Ravena, NY
Emoji Teen Camp is created for Ages 13-18 during the school break! Join us Thursday, February 18th 1-3pm at the studio! **This is a parent drop off event! ** You may drop your child off at 1pm and pick them up at 3pm! - Cost: $30 per teen includes (2) 12x12 canvases each to create any emoji's or paintings of choice. Each child will learn paint mixing techniques, outlining, shading and much more all while meeting new friends! - Reservations: We will limit this event to 16 teens. Summer Camp Reunion Weekend - Paige, TX
We just love seeing our campers and their families return to the village in February and March to enjoy Sherwood Forest Faire, and obviously a great part of that is when campers encounter each other! This year, for the first time, we would like to have an official "Reunion" for our Youth Campers and Adult Campers alike to help facilitate that. Both events (which will be separate, because we don't want the Adult Campers teaching the younger ones bad habits) will take place during weekend #2, Feb 20-21. Mark your calendar! We are non-denominational but unabashedly Christian, beginning each day with Bible teaching and grounding ourselves in prayer throughout the day. This is the Ultimate 100 Camp Invite Only event for current 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders. It will be located in Atlanta, GA. If you are invited from the Southeast Region you should register here.
