GCBJJ will be hosting an MMA camp for teens (age 13-17). This camp will cover all aspects of MMA including: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Conditioning. No experience necessary. Cost is $125 per teen. Only equipment they will need is a mouthpiece. We will provide all other equipment. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a couple extra changes of clothes. The participants can pack a lunch (we have a fridge and a microwave, or there are three pizza places, Arby's and Subway that are all within walking distance.

This class is designed to serve children desiring an extra year of preschool and/or those who are able to thrive in an accelerated preschool curriculum. It is recommended that children be 4 1/2 years old by October 1 to participate. Enrollment is by the discretion of PPCC staff. Class meets M-TH 8:45-12:30 PM (includes Lunch). *Campers will be trained in all phases of volleyball skills as well as team offensive and defensive schemes – This is a great camp to prepare for your upcoming high school season **Campers will stay in Cedar Hall on the Flagler College campus and will enjoy meals in the historic Ponce De Leon Dining Hall ***Check-in will be from 4-5 PM on Friday, July 8th, at the Cedar Hall Dorm 904-819-6376
