Grades 3-5 This is the camp to take your child?s lacrosse game to the next level with a focus on technique and agility. Our coaches help elevate their game through drills, conditioning and scrimmages. Campers work on ball handling, fast break and transition skills and participate in daily contests and games. Come and enjoy small-sided games and more individual and team competitions. Please bring lacrosse stick, mouthguard, helmet/goggles, protective gloves, water, lunch and a snack. Adventurous middle school students will love this camp. Were hosting a 6-day, 5-night adventure camp that includes 2 days of whitewater rafting, spelunking in lava tubes, hiking to mountaintop vistas, biking through the valley, and learning watershed science. Well be based in the White Salmon River Valley in Trout Lake, Washington. Students should expect to make new friends, learn new ways of traveling in the outdoors, and come home excited about exploring the Columbia River Gorge and the Cascade Mountains. For over 20 years, the Chicago White Sox have brought quality baseball instruction to children throughout Chicagoland! If you want to be the best, youve got to train with the best! The Little Sluggers (Ages 5-6) is designed to introduce your child to the game of baseball. Our intermediate camp (Ages 7-8) includes fundamental skill-building activities, like throwing, hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and base running. The Advanced camp (Ages 9-11) builds upon the basics and incorporates team play, advanced base running and other techniques that could be used on the field. On the final day, all players will get the opportunity to judge their improvement by playing a game.
