Does your little one have what it takes to be a REAL princess? No, really… Does she have what it takes to be true royalty? Well, she’s about to go through Princess 101! Announcing the first ever Putnam Princess Parties Princess Summer Camp!! July 5-9 we will transform the Bancroft FireHouse in beautiful Putnam County into a Princess Academy where our real life Putnam Princesses will be conducting a camp that will teach little ones exactly what it takes to be royalty- manners, makeup, songs, dances, the works! Each day, 2-3 princesses will teach different “courses” from 5:00-7:00pm. Different princesses will teach different “classes.” For example, Cinderella may be teaching a song while Snow White is teaching a proper curtsy. Each day, your child will learn something new and they will practice for the big recital on Saturday. At the end of the week, the little princesses will perform in a special performance alongside the real life princesses in a grand recital. They will perform the special songs and dances they have studied. And all the characters they have met throughout the week will be in attendance for a grand ball type of ceremony. There will then be a special graduation “with royal honors”...

Sea Perch Robotics - Middle School
This exciting new offering will coordinate with the Webb Institute. Located in Glen Cove, the Webb Institute is a private engineering college, offering a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Participants in the Sea Perch Program will build an underwater robot. The completed the robots will then be brought to Webb Institute for a day of in-water testing and head-to-head competitions that determine how well the robots were constructed and how well the human operators can control their custom-built submersible seacraft. THIS YEARS SPRING SHOW IS CHARLOTTES WEB! A Non-Musical - Based on the book by E.B. White. Directed by Kirsten Raymond Learn performance skills and grow as an actor while directly applying the new knowledge to a full production performance of Charlottes Web. Through rehearsals and theater games and exercises, students will hone skills in acting and movement in a supportive group environment. Charlottes Web auditions will take place on March 2nd at the HCA. 2nd -3rd graders should arrive for their audition at 5:15 pm. They should prepare a short poem of their choice or read one of the poems provided in the attachment. 4th - 8th graders do not have to schedule an appointment. Please arrive anytime between 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm. Auditioners will be seen one at a time in the order of their arrival. There are two attachments of audition material for this age group. Participants will get the chance to learn the rules of the game, develop their skills and fundamentals and HAVE FUN with the help of golf professionals from Dobson Ranch Golf Course. All equipment is provided. Participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes or golf shoes. All participants should also bring water each day to stay hydrated in the summer heat. Campers will sleep "outdoors" in our enclosed yurts and cook two meals a day over an open fire. Worship under the stars nightly. No previous camping experience required!
