MAS Youth Camp | Sept. 2-5 - Fairfax, CA
Join us for the MAS Youth Camp over Labor Day Weekend 2016. Campers will participate in hikes and sports, nightly bonfires, and listen to uplifting speakers. Youth Winter Weightlifting Camp - Waunakee, WI
We are pleased to announce an upcoming Youth Weightlifting Camp, hosted by two USAW Certified Coach’s. This is a great opportunity for local kids during their winter break, plus it is for all levels. The online sign up, for this 2 day clinic, is attached below. We will also have t-shirts, tank tops, or a hat for each registered attendee. Strength training for kids should consist of skills, coordination, stability, movement, agility, kinesthetic awareness, flexibility and balance. This should include big muscle groups that utilize body weight movements and free weights with light, manageable loads. Things like Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and plyometric movements. If these exercises and movement patterns are taught at a young age, the athlete will have a greater advantage in technique as they progress in age and strength. Our Youth Weightlifting Camp is December 28-29th from 9am til 11am both days, for ages 7-17, and again for all levels.

In this class, guided by GMLS art teacher Victoria Polyak, students will explore various art forms - drawing, painting, printmaking, cartooning, and sculpture. Children will learn about composition, value, color and will create a beautiful portfolio of artworks to treasure. This class includes all art supplies! Kiddie Kampus- Winter/Spring Baseball - Kiddie Kampus
In this session of baseball we will first be working on the basics of throwing, catching, running the bases, hitting and fielding. By the end of the session we plan for the kids to play a real baseball game with each other. Baseball helps develop eye hand coordination, agility and balance. 4152990202.0

At North Miamis annual Spring Break Camp campers will have a great time with old and new friends. Campers will stay busy with indoor and outdoor supervised activities, field trips, and a party.
