Drama Advanced Placement 7:25 PM Monday - New Childrens Theatre of Cincinnati
Prepared to be challenged by the likes of Shakespeare, Mamet and other influential playwrights in our Advanced Drama Class. This class will delve into the techniques used by famous teachers such as Stanislavsky, Chekov and Boal, to truly hone their skills in bringing characters to life on the stage. The ASTA/NJ Chamber Music Institute at Rutgers University Neil L. Aaronson and Margaret Zufall-Roberts, directors Session I: July 24-29, 2016 Session II: July 31 – August 5, 2016 Ages 12 to 23| commuter and residential options available | performance sample video required for placement purposes only Now in its 12th year, the American String Teachers Association of New Jersey (ASTA/NJ) Chamber Music Institute provides participants with the opportunity to perform in small ensembles under the guidance of top teaching artists. Students participate in daily rehearsals, master classes, elective courses, special presentations, and a variety of social activities. Each session features a concert and master class with a professional visiting artist ensemble and concludes with a performance featuring student ensembles. ASTA/NJ CMI is open for participation to students playing to string instruments, woodwinds, classical guitar and piano. All students registering for the ASTA/NJ Chamber Music Institute at Rutgers University must also complete the Participant Questionnaire (/).
