LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 04 Summer Fun Camp 2 Ages 5-12 - Middle School
Camp will meet from 7:00-5:30pm on Monday and Friday; and from Noon-5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Activities will include: arts and crafts, passive games, educational games, group activity games, sports, strength and conditioning, rhythms, and free play. There will be swimming from 4:00-5:00pm in the Middle School pool. Activities will be geared for children 5-12 years of age. Bring a snack, swim suit and towel. Campers should report to the HS cafeteria and enter door #29 on days that camp starts at Noon. Campers will be escorted to the MS Gym after lunch by camp counselors. When camp begins at 7:00 am campers should report to the Middle School Gym and enter through door #36 In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree. You must also read the Parent/ Athlete concussion agreement in the text and check the box underneath to provide confirmation that you have read, understand and agree to the new concussion information. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Parent/Guardian must initial for anyone under 18 years old. Discovery Day Camp - Rose Lake Youth Camp
A 3-day day camp program for high functioning special needs children and adults with good mobility. Programming includes nature crafts, music and singing, non-competitive group games and wet-n-wild water activities. This camp will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and provide lunch and a snack. Coon Rapids - Week 6 - LACROSSE and SOCCER Week - Coon Rapids Ice Center
AKAs Lacrosse and Soccer Week combines two of the countrys most popular youth sports. Lacrosse Camp teaches kids the basics of the fastest growing sport in Minnesota through series of drills and games. This is a very recreational Lacrosse camp that features professional coaching for both the boys and girls styles of the game. Strokes to Strategy - Green Valley Resort Tennis Courts
15 hours of tennis instruction in our 3-Day Tennis Camp. Research is what sets us apart from the rest. We will show you Super Slow motion of professional players and fundamentals at the highest level. Through Dartfish split screen analysis we will show you the efficiency of your stroke and how to improve in less time. This program features Dartfish video analysis of the forehands, backhands and serve. Other strokes covered throughout the 3 day program are volleys, return, approach shot, overhead and lob. With more time to practice and drill, the strokes-to-strategy emphasis allows the player to improve at a faster rate. The 3 day camp includes a free Private lesson CD ($75 value), and unlimited use of the tennis facility and ball machines. Dream On! - The Georgetown Palace Theatre
One of Shakespeares most famous tales comes to life in this special adaptation of "A Midsummer Nights Dream" designed especially for tweens! This show takes the fear out of Shakespeare, bringing the characters vividly to life with abounding comedy and an outstanding musical score. The basic story remains intact, but is updated with modern vocabulary and music to make it accessible for everyone.
