Journey to the Jungle is a week long camp that explores the classic story The Jungle Book! Our students of all ages will learn songs that take us on a journey through the jungle with Mogli and Baloo and the classic characters. This camp will integrate classic and contemporary scenes, songs, dances both from from the movie and beyond into our own version of The Jungle Book! In visual arts, they will explore sets, costumes, and prop elements this engaging tale of growing up and friendship! Camp will end in an informal presentation to showcase the fun had camp! Summer Camp '15 will be here before we know it. The projected dates are August 3rd - 6th (may be subject to change). Total cost is $275 per student. Early bird pricing is $225 and that is ONLY with a non-refundable $125 deposit in by APRIL 1st. After April all deposits are $100 to reserve your spot with total cost $275. ALL $money$ is DUE by July 23rd. The location is TBA. You do not want to miss out, the sooner you get your deposits in the better. Stay tuned more details to follow. Let the creativity flow! Campers will experience activities such as games, swimming, and hikes, along with unique arts and crafts projects in different mediums each day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure your child (grade 1-6) is a part of this awesome summer. Guided by our American Red Cross Certified Staff, this summer promises to be one adventure after the other. Children should wear clothes that can get dirty and comfortable shoes that they can wear while running and hiking. Camp will run from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
