Senior camp is centered on small group instruction in technique, nutrition, and training for specific events. Our coaches go beyond the basics and fundamentals, instructing campers based on their age, experience, and goals. Our coaches are well-versed in the best coaching and training methods and are excited to share that knowledge with our campers. Events include pole vault, shot put, discus, sprints, long jump, high jump, javelin and distance running. Athletes will receive three full days of comprehensive training, technique and drills. SEP Tahoe Junior Campers - SEP Tahoe
SEP (Spiritual Enrichment Program) Tahoe Camp is a six-day-long youth camp held each summer at Lake Tahoe. Campers ages 8 - 17 are all welcome (Jr & Sr camps run simultaneously). SEP Tahoe has a thorough screening process for its volunteers, who have a passion for sharing Gods love with our youth. Our organization has been running camps for well over 50 years, and we have had over 100,000 campers through our cabins across the United States as well as several other countries. We are a Christian-based, non-profit organization operated by an all-volunteer staff. **For First Time Campers under the age of 10, a parent or guardian MUST register to volunteer at camp with them.** 510-366-2827

What do you get when you mix art, cardboard and creativity? Recycling at its finest. You can make just about anything with cardboard from paintings to trees. Imagine the possibilities this week when we work with nothing but cardboard. What happens when you put it in clay? Or when you mix it in the blender to make paper? If you could make anything out of cardboard what would you make? Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. * Artists Exchange will be open Monday the 8th on Victory Day. 401-490-9475
