Destructive and nondestructive tests will be conducted to investigate catastrophic failures such as bridge collapse, airplane structural failure, containers that leak, pipes that burst, and electrical failures. Advances in materials are at the core of significant technological advances, and we are in a materials revolution today! Students experience a hands-on introduction to materials science, engineering, and technology, joining researchers who push boundaries further than ever before, using biology, chemistry and physics to expand our technological frontiers. Basketball Camp - Ages 10-15, Licensed - Longmeadow High School
Improve your skills while having a great camp experience. We will teach the fundamental skills of basketball and provide self-help drills. Each camper will be given the tools to improve on their own. Through this quality instruction, all campers will improve and gain self-confidence in themselves. Finally, campers will be given the opportunity to meet new friends and have fun! Bring a peanut free bag lunch daily, swim gear and water bottle. Group will swim at Reynolds Pool during the last hour of camp.
