Pitching / Catching Camp Session #2 - WCU Softball Field
Pitchers and Catchers—a camp just for you! We will work on fundamental and advanced skills for each position while also working on developing strength and endurance. Within each camp, there will be four 2 hour segments with a half hour lunch each day. Pitchers and catchers will work separately and together throughout the camp. 610-436-3555
(TF1) Track and Field 1 - Outdoor Track
- Advanced technical and functional training in the following events: all jumps, pole vault, sprints, distance, and throws. - Video Analysis - Three 2-hour training sessions per day. 610 758 3589
Ocean Explorers (Week 8 AM) - Wild Surfers - NESS
The ocean is home to many gnarly wave, current, and wind animal surfers. Learn how pelicans use an A-Frame beach break, investigate sea lion and penguin cutbacks, use the methods of an epic cormorant duck dive, explore how jellyfish try to avoid getting caught inside, and how dolphins hang rostrum down the line. Get a taste of stand up paddle boarding and surfing that includes turtle rolls in order to reach far out levels that will set you on track to make your own rooster tail in the future. Includes: Taste of surfing, boogie boarding, stand-up paddle boarding, boat trips, & snorkel adventures 860-535-9362

Come learn how to become a more effective and powerful hitter. We will cover armswing, approach, hand control, and attacking different tempo sets. *Note: This mini camp will have different drills from the morning session, so those attending both session will not repeat all of the same drills. 713-348-4795

Let nature inspire creativity! Each day, campers will use different media to express artistic natural themes. Different tools and techniques will be used throughout the week to create unique and original masterpieces. A variety of nature topics will be covered to add to the learning element. Please have your child wear clothes that can get messy. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be sure to bring a water bottle, snack, and apply sunscreen.
