Snowed In Youth Retreat - Annville, KY
Hey there campers! We will be having a retreat out at camp for 6TH-12TH GRADE! Arrival time is at 6:30. We will be doing dinner that evening and then have a lot of games and activities planned. Brunch will be served the next morning. Check out time will be by 11:00am on Saturday. The cost is $10 per person. If your youth group plans to attend please have your Youth Leader get a hold of me. Frozen Musical Revue: Mini-Musical for Lower School 1st-5th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Elmore Hey, kids! Lets put on a show! Students will be involved in all aspects of staging a musical from learning the songs and choreography to constructing props, sets and costumes. This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.Kids will learn kitchen safety, safe food handling, and how to follow a recipe. Clarinet Camps - Clarinet Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Minneapolis
Designed for high school students, Clarinet Camp covers topics from clarinet assembly and reed care to history and repertoire. Students will be placed in small ensembles to play clarinet-only repertoire which will be featured in a final performance at the end of the week for family and friends. During small ensemble rehearsals and classes, well discuss clarinet specific topics including: how the reeds/mouthpieces/ligatures we choose affect our performance, various styles of clarinet playing, the acoustics and history of the instrument and emergency repair.
