A few days to BE A KID AGAIN! Join us while we have a great week of fun and fellowship. WoodmenLife members and their spouses, ages 55 and up. Camp fee is ONLY $35 Trust me, these aren't "just old folks", we have a blast and do almost all the same activities the youth campers do! Each Winter Elite Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific Elite faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Elite Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. Look through lenses, peek at a plant, or construct creations inspired by nature. Follow your nose through our garden, touch a tortoise, and search outdoors for clues to natures design. This camp encourages young scientists to explore the world using all five senses. Well explore nature through safe and exciting investigations of sound, light, texture, taste, and smell. Campers are sure to enjoy getting their hands dirty as they discover the sparkly, gooey, and stinky sides of science!
