Teen Bring a Friend Weekend - De Leon Springs, FL
For youngsters in grades 5 through 10. Campers are allowed to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age if they so choose. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups and a learning experience for those campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to Teen Issues, School Issues and How To-Be-A Friend are lead by the pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians and mental health professionals. Networking and the support of their peers is critical to this age. Campers are also treated to activities such as a beach party, luau, casino night and land sports.

Global Premier Soccer Session 2 - North Yarmouth Academy
Global Premier Soccer-Maine and NYA will partner to offer a comprehensive soccer program on NYAs campus for students ages 8-13. Each day will focus on a different aspect of the game including passing and receiving, ball control, attacking/defending principles and shooting. The camp will conclude with a mini World Cup tournament on Friday afternoon which parents will be encouraged to attend. Alongside this, we will be running a Coaches Challenge where the students will compete against their coaches with prizes on the line. BOSS CAMP: The Wizard of Oz - This 2 week, full day camp will be an amazing opportunity for your performer to participate in a full childrens theater production from start to finish. We will have a limited number of spots available. The first day of camp will be your audition and parts will be assigned at the beginning of the 2nd day of camp. THE WIZARD OF OZ is the story of young Dorothys adventure over the rainbow where she meets new friends like the scarecrow, the tin-man, the lion, and Glinda but where she also encounters an enemy, the wicked witch of the West. Join us this summer in our modern twist of the classic tale Public Performances on July 1 and July 2 at 7:00pm Students must bring their own lunch. 910-341-7860

Trying to find something new and challenging for your child this summer? This week long Mountain biking camp will offer kids a great opportunity to explore the great outdoors and challenge themselves while learning fun, new cycling skills that they can use for years to come. We will explore great trails in and around the eastern panhandle, where the kids will learn how to climb, descend, and maneuver on rough and technical terrain. This sport is not only physical but fun too. Campers will need to provide an appropriate bike*, helmet, and wear appropriate clothes and footwear. Campers will also need to bring a bag lunch and plenty of water. On Friday, June 17th, there will be a bike check from 5-7pm at the Jefferson County Community Center for those enrolled in camp to make sure their bike and equipment are safe for camp. Children will take Jefferson County School buses to a different location each day during the week. Locations will include, Poorhouse Farm, Cacapon State Park, Greenbrier State Park and FLOC. The High School Choir Camp is open to choral students who are entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12. Intensive study of the upcoming All-State repertoire is the primary focus of this acclaimed program for high school singers. One set of the All-State audition music will be provided to each camper at no additional charge. **Students need not have previously been a member of a TMEA All-State choral ensemble. Professor James Morrow, Director of Choral Activities, and Professor Suzanne Pence, Professor of Choral Music Education, conduct.
