I have a daughter who is 9 and a son who is 11. They both enjoy this 4-H camp because of the friendships they have formed along with the skills they have learned. The Summer Camp folks have asked us to return to defend our title at the On the Road Tour stop at High Noon Saloon in Madison! You know the deal: if we win, we get a spot at Summer Camp Music Festival 2016!!! We have had amazing experiences playing SCamp in the past, and we need YOUR HELP to do it again! Teen Improv Summer Camp - Norfolk, VA
Jump head first into the wonderful world of improv comedy. This camp is open to teens from the age of 13 to 18, and absolutely no experience is needed. Students will explore the key tools behind both long and short form improvisation. We will play numerous improv games which will help to sharpen your mind and strengthen your public-speaking, social and team-building skills. We strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where teens can build confidence, make friends, and most importantly ... have fun. At the end of camp, all students will take part in a graduation show on the Push Comedy Theater stage. Students will also be eligible to perform in the 5th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2016. The Teen Improv Summer Camp will be July 11 thru 15 from 1pm to 3pm. Tutition: $200

This week is all about being active and moving our bodies! There will be tons of high-energy games, dancing and time spent outdoors. This is a great week for kids who like to be active. 207.846.2376

This camp offers a first look at lacrosse for players who want to learn more or who have only basic knowledge of the sport. If focuses on basic skills like scooping, cradling, catching, throwing and shooting. Since there will be limited player-to-player contact, full gear is recommended but not required. Campers will have fun in the woods turning branches into forts meant for spies or explorers! They will create tunnels or secret hideouts using easy-to-find materials, a few tools and lots of imagination. It will be a week of open-ended play that emphasizes unstructured creative exploration with diverse natural materials.
