Youth & Teen Summer Sports Camp - Brentwood, MO
Shockwave Fitness and Performance Sports Camps offer the perfect combination of expert training and FUN! Every parent wants greatness for their child/teen and our camps are designed to do just that! Our multi-sport camps are designed to improve every aspect of athletic development and sports performance, taking your young athlete from GOOD to GREAT. Camps are structured as followed; (age group appropriate) athletic development & conditioning untilizing calisthenics, medicine balls, bands, plyometrics, kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, etc and multi-directional speed; dynamic running and technique, linear and lateral acceleration and deceleration, lateral shuffle, change of direction, cross over, retreatng skills, cutting, mistake recovery, and lots more. Any students who are currently in 8-12th grade may participate. Dates: The Work Camp runs June 28-July 4, 2015 Payment Schedule: There is a 50.00 deposit due at registration, then 208.50 due by March 15 and then another 208.20 by May 15. Tennis Co-Ed - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
The NDP tennis camp will introduce the sport to newcomers, and provide further instruction to those who are experienced and want to compete at the high school level. The main goal of this camp is to help players improve their skills while learning tennis etiquette and good sportsmanship. The drills and exercises taught by current NDP coaches and players are both fun and useful for tennis and other sports. What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, tennis shoes and socks, tennis racquet, towel and water bottle. (Rain day June 17). Please note our new cancellation policy. A 50% fee of the cost of the camp shall be applied to an individual who cancels. All participants must register online. No paper applications are accepted.* Location: NDP Tennis Courts 248-373-5300

This camp will introduce young actors to playmaking, a process of making theatre as an ensemble through creative play. Students will explore acting, storytelling, costumes, props, music and movement to bring a timeless folktale to life on stage. They also learn how to sing, act and dance to a Broadway-style song.
