Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp - Gig Harbor, WA
Join us for the kick off to our Summer Kids/Teen CrossFit Camp. We will be doing baseline measurements to test speed, explosiveness, and strength. Then re test every 5 weeks. A makeup test will be performed on Tuesday, Maybe 21st at 4:30pm. Your child should arrive on time, with proper attire and footwear. Flat bottom shoes are preferred for lifting. They should be well hydrated and have eaten. They should also bring a water bottle. We have water to fill their bottles, but will not provide cups. We will go the full hour each day. We will split out time between inside and outside, so sunscreen may be needed. Parents and driving teens, please drive careful when coming up Foster, especially across the Cushman trail cross walk. Also, be aware of clients from classes before and after the camp coming and going. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and across the street in the grassy field.

Leader In Training Day Camp (L.I.T) - Rockhaven Camp and Retreat Center (FPC)
If you have a heart for mission, love being at camp and the desire to become a camp volunteer or counselor then this LIT camp is just for you. Youth 6th – 9th grade are invited to put faith into action and join us for one or both of these Leadership camps where we will focus on Christian Leadership and Discipleship. LITs will spend part of the week enjoying traditional camp fun and the rest of the time shadowing our trained staff in leadership development and faith building activities while serving as mentors and junior counselors to our day campers. This week campers will have a chance to get dirty (ok, thats every week!), plant their own giant sunflower and visit a working farm.
