Summer Camp Fair 2016 Date: Friday, April 22 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Location: James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. This is the 3rd Annual Summer Camp Fair brought to you by WilliamsburgFamilies.com, the Virginia Gazette and James City County Parks and Recreation. We plan to have 40+ Camps, Sports, Dance, Arts, Overnight and Special Interest Camps and programs. Pools, Swim teams, VBS, and more! Camps can have a booth, get discounts on site advertising for the Spring and Summer months, run contests/giveaways, be part of the goodie bags and be promoted on social media. We have Early Bird Rates for those camps who want to plan ahead and special ad packages for those camps who want extra promotion! Summer Camp 2015 - Antelope, OR
Horizon Youth is hosting our very first Summer Camp at Washington Family Ranch. This week long camp will be filled with all kinds of activities; basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, rock climbing, disc golf and hiking. If you’ve gone with us before to Winter Camp, you know just how great this camp is. How much more fun will it be to have access to more of what the camp has to offer in the summer months. Like swimming in the pool or zip lining across the lake, and driving go carts, just to name a few. Donnie Moore and his Radical Reality team will be our Guests Speakers all week and Tiffany and the band will be leading us in Worship each day. So grab some friends and register to go to camp, you’ll be challenged in your walk with God, encouraged in your faith and you’ll be able to start the new school year with confidence in who you are in Christ. Each $25 haircut donation sends one child to camp. Come out for an amazing new style! Please RSVP to be added to the Cut-a-thon roster. Our team of stylists will be taking clients on a first come first serve basis. Friends! I would like to share with you a HUGE announcement and partnership with Cold Creek Camp! This summer is the inaugural series of Summer Camps to serve the homeless youth of Clark County and North County! We plan to serve over 250 youth. We have invited Second Step Housing, Aspire and EVERY shelter in the area. This will be a FREE CAMP for them! WE CAN NOT DO THIS ALONE! We need as much help as we can get with fundraising! The vision is that every child leaves Camp inspired to DREAM BIG despite of their present circumstances. We want every child to also be able to leave with a NEW back pack full of supplies, and at least $100 gift card to be able to buy a new school out fit and a new pair of shoes too! I Troop Camping May 6, 7 & 8 - Sandy Ridge
Spend some time camping with your Girl Scout Troop at Sandy Ridge! Price includes accommodations at Sandy Ridge. Troop is responsible for food and programming during their stay. Troop leaders are required to have specific trainings to camp overnight with their Troop at Sandy Ridge. Please contact Michaela Watts at 843-552-9910 ext. 2390 or for more information on training. Troops must have approval by GSESC to overnight camp at Sandy Ridge. A Trip Approval Form must be submitted to your Regional Volunteer Services Specialist (VSS) at least three weeks prior to reservation date.
