Kids In The Arts Fall Camp - Knoxville, TN
A kids in the arts camp with various teachers teaching their loves in art, dance, story and performance. Activities included dance, Improv games, sculpture, dream catcher making, watercolor, painting, zen doodle, stained "glass", paper making, poetry, storytelling and more. Artist teachers include Mimi Eichholz, Jennifer White, Felecia Outsey, Kristi Gilleon, Karl Hess, Claudio Barrientos, Cynthia Baglir and Noelle Harb. On Friday we will take a field trip to Narrow Ridge Eath Literacy Center. Chaperons are welcome as wellas drivers to transport kids! Camp is $200. Scholarships are available too so ask about that. Girdwood Fine Arts Camp was established in 1987, and provides a fast paced introduction to a variety of art media and professional artist styles. This registration is for the Primary A rt Camp (Ages 5-8) for the W eek I Camp held Monday - Friday from August 1-5 , 2016 in the AFTERNOON from 1pm - 3pm Y our child will work with guest artists and volunteers to explore different techniques and styles, while fully immers ing themselves in creativity. CIT Program: Camps - BlackRock Center for the Arts
Have an awesome summer at BlackRock and be part of a great team. This is an opportunity for students entering grades 9-12 to earn Student Service Learning hours and develop great leadership and supervision skills assisting campers between the ages of 4 ½ and 13. Experience working with children and an interest in visual art, drama, music or dance is preferred. CITs must be committed to attending their entire session and take part in a training to participate in the program. Please select one of three MANDATORY Training Dates when you register: Sunday, May 22nd from 2pm-5pm, Wednesday, June 1st from 5pm-8pm or Sunday, June 19th from 2pm-5pm.
