This 4 day, 5 hour day camp is filled with everything a horse lover would dream of including; a full 45 minute riding lesson where a licensed instructor will teach students how to ride in a fun environment, hands on grooming and tacking station, a barn safety lesson, fun horse craft, horse games and much more! My daughter loves experiencing nature at the camp!
This camp gives students the chance to develop socially and musically. My 10 year old daughter loves the fact she can be out in nature, feels safe and can learn about music with like-minded children. Its a weekday, and school is out! If you would like something fun for your junior scientist to do from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm, then bring ‘em on by! We will have all sorts of fun science going on at the lab. Limited seats available. Drop off begins at 1:30 pm for our single day camp. July 18-21: Young Archaeologists! (Ages 5-6) - Mountain Kids!
Santa Fe is home to a rich, diverse and ancient history of many cultures. This week we will put on our detective hats to sleuth out some of our local lore combined with outdoor exploration. We will learn about archeology and what a real archeologist does. Well travel to Bandelier and Pecos National Monument to learn about ancestral pueblo people, the Santa Fe Trail and civil war. Of course, no week of Mountain Kids would be complete without plenty of good old-fashioned adventures in nature! 505-699-6230
