Summit Football July 25-29 Rising 3rd, 4th & 5th 9am-2pm Campers will learn fundamentals to be successful in football. The morning will focus on drills to improve throwing, catching, running, kicking, punting, as well as offensive and defensive positions. The afternoon will be filled with flag football games to put all of the fundamentals together. Campers would be encouraged to bring sneakers, cleats, shorts, hats, water bottles and a t-shirt. Mr. Mihalko was part of two high school championships and one national championship at the University of Notre Dame under Lou Holtz. The winning is not the focus of this camp. Subpar camp
Would be an ok camp if you want your child hiking trails covered in trash & broken bottles. From one year to the next, the Y staff does nothing to clean up trash, fallen trees, glass. Last year a horse died on camp property. For what you pay to send your child to Camp Wijiwagan, I say just take them to the dump for a hike.... Read More...

Lexington Family Magazine Summer Camps & Activities Fair - Lexington,
Visit booths representing camps, afterschool activities, birthday party venues, health care professionals, schools and more at our 14th Annual Fair. The Fair will be held at Lexington Christian Academy at 450 W. Reynolds Rd. just across the street from Meijer and behind Fayette Mall. We fill both of the gyms at the school. Each booth will have a fun activity for kids while Mom and Dad chat with the professionals. You'll find giant inflatables, face painting, costumed characters, games and giveaways. While you are there you can enter your kids in our Cover Model Contest. Professional photographer Lucy Chesnut, of Glitter and Sawdust Studios, will take photos of all their smiling faces and we'll use those pictures to choose winners who will appear on the covers of Lexington Family Magazine in the next year. We'll also have performances all day long from some of the most talented kids in the bluegrass including dancers, martial artists, gymnasts and more. Best of all? IT'S FREE! Week 6 American Girl Digital Diary - Friends School Mullica Hill
Bring your American Girl doll to camp with you, and together, you can tell a story! Using iMovie, you will create a short video starring your AG doll(s)! Create a script, choose costumes, build scenery, shoot footage, edit your scenes, etc. Learn the basics of iMovie while having fun with your AG dolls. While morning activities are geared toward the American Girl theme, all weekly FSMH camps include a trip to the pool Monday-Thursday for a swim lesson and play time. Full day campers will also have a choice in the afternoon to play outdoor games or work on arts and crafts. Instructor: Hearne Children will learn and apply a variety of social skills through board games specifically made for counselors and therapists. Game titles include: Journey to Friendsville STOP Relax and Think The Coping Skills Game Escape from Anger Mountain. Manners Matter Parents will receive a daily summary of skills learned in class so they can be reinforced at home. ***NEW! Camp Whatchamacallit will now provide daily lunches. Lunch menus will be sent home prior to the start of each camp week.*** What do you call a camp that has everything? We couldn think of a name either! Whatchamacallit has something for kids looking for a fun and safe place to spend their summer in the Shores. Activities include a weekly field trip, special events, sports, team building, and arts and crafts. Kids will go swimming at Herkner Pool in Redwood City on Tuesdays and field trips will be on Wednesdays. Please send camper with applied sunscreen and appropriate sneakers.
