ACORN CAMPS IS A DAY CAMP FOR GIRLS AND BOYS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 4 AND 15. The focus of Acorn Camps is making sure children have the time of their lives. Acorn Camps is a much needed break from the academic year where creativity, adventure, thrills, smiles and plain old good times are the priority. Acorn Camps activities provide children with the opportunities and experiences to develop the necessary skills to face challenges, build character, foster independence , and to try new things in a fun and safe environment.A variety of programs offered: boating, group games, arts and crafts, adventure programming, primitive skill programs, science, legos, group challenge activities and initiatives, zip line, giant swing, gaga ball, and camp songs. The philosophy of our quality program is to provide a safe, challenging and fun camp experience for your children. Big Fun at Big Lake
I went to Big Lake Youth Camp when I was younger and I always remembered it being the best part of my summer vacation. Now I send my son and he says the same thing. The counselors are super friendly and always helpful to my son. He has made so many new friendships that he’ll keep for many years. His favorite part was the BMX biking, water skiing, sailing and he tried archery for the first time this past summer. He can’t wait to go... Read More...

Margie Harryman and Molly Sparling will be teaching shortened versions of their Bible studies based on Titus 2:3-5. The adult study will be lead by Margie while a simultaneous study for teen girls will be lead by Molly. Come and be refreshed and renewed!

A Stake Mini-Youth Conference will be held Friday, March 4 to Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Heber Valley Girl’s Camp. All youth ages 14-18 (by March 5th, 2016) who live in the Oquirrh Lake Stake boundaries are invited to attend. The theme is “Press Forward” which is attributed to our 2016 Worldwide Youth Theme “Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Laurens First and Goal Football Camp PA - Lafayette Colleges Metzgar Athletic Campus
LFG Football Camp is a one day, instructional clinic for high school aged players taught by volunteer college coaches from across all divisions. It is a unique opportunity to hone your skills, learn new techniques and drills and showcase your talent to the more than 300 college coaches volunteering their time and talents to coach for the day. LFG is not a combine - there is no timed 40, vertical, height/weight measurement, ect. It is a learning experience open to players of all levels. Players are grouped by graduation year (rising seniors and underclassmen) and position chosen, and rotate through offensive and defensive sessions throughout the day. Kickers have the option of staying with the kicking specialist coaches for the entire day, or rotating to another position if desired. Quarterbacks also have the option of playing quarterback all day, but we encourage players to rotate to another position. Players do not wear pads or helmets, but we recommend mouthguards. Afternoon Newcomer Camp - Stanford University
The philosophy of the Newcomer Golf Camp is to introduce the game of golf to juniors aged between 5 and 12 with either no experience or a couple of years of instruction. Campers will learn the fundamentals of the game in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. Instruction will be given at a pace intended to maintain the attention of campers and at the same time be appropriate for each individuals skill level. Active and energetic instructors will lead the youngsters through a series of games and exercises that will develop confidence and passion for the game. Groups will be organized by current skill level. The camp environment is designed to allow participants to meet other young golfers and help foster an enthusiasm and passion for the game.
