Its a week of water-filled fun! Plan to get wet (and muddy) as we explore our bit of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Well compare fresh and saltwater habitats through hands-on experiences like sampling for water-dwelling animals and performing simple water tests. Field trips will take us to see where our water comes from, how water is treated after we use it, and on a visit to the Chesapeake Bay. Well also spend time boating and fishing as we learn all about water, the plants and animals that live there, and how to better care for our watershed. College Soccer Academy is holding a College ID Camp at the So Cal Sports Complex in Oceanside, California. There will be college coaches from Cal, and other schools TBD, running the sessions. Division I, II, and III coaches will be attendance to scout and recruit the event. A great opportunity to get seen by numerous coaches and learn great deal to take your game to the next level! Every lesson, students will exchange video messages with their sponsored partner student who lives in a developing country - together, they will come to identify and learn about a global issue, and then collaboratively design, print and test an invention to help solve that issue!
