3D Character Animation - Building A
In this camp from Youth Digital, kids learn kids how to create animated movies using their favorite Minecraft characters. At the end of camp, kids will walk away with a fully animated 3D Minecraft® movie that they can share with friends and online! Theyll also be able to access the online version of the course after camp, including video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and new challenges. Kids will learn the fundamentals of character animation, including facial expressions, keyframe animation, walk cycle development, and forward and inverse kinetics. Theyll also learn to use pro-level 3D animation software, Blender. Each student will walk away with a foundational knowledge of 3D character animation, so they can go on to make any Minecraft animation they can imagine. Basketball ­Boys 7th - ­9th - SCDS
Hornet basketball camp will place an emphasis on the fundamentals of basketball. Campers will be evaluated and grouped with players of the same age and abilities. Camp will consist of fundamental stations, 3 on 3, 5 on 5 games, hot shot, free throw and 1 on 1 competition. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork and sportsmanship. Our discussions will explore the style, structure and significances of Joyces watershed novel and consider its function as a prologue to Ulysses and very tentatively, Finnegans Wake. Video Game Design: Invader Defense - Shark Attack! - Bolles Ponte Vedra Beach Campus
Watch out! Its shark attack! In Invader Defense: Shark Attack, we will create our own version of an invader defense game that will allow us to protect a coral reef from hungry sharks. We will use the Engineering Design Process to create a storyboard and outline the rules of play for our game. The we will use Clickteam Fusion 2.5 (R) to bring our storyboard to life with programming. At the end of class, everyone takes home a woring Windows-compatible game. 904-256-5071
