Kid's Summer Art Camp at SCGA: July 25 - July 29 - Sumter, SC
Mon, July 25, 2016 - Fri, July 29, 2016 Summer Art Camp at the SCGA Morning Classes: 9:00am - 12:00pm: Bugs ‘n’ Blooms (Ages 4-7) Shrink down to explore the world of creepy crawlers and fabulous flowers! Students will be introduced to the beauty and fun of insects and will explore their environments in a class where art meets science. Young entomologists will create a variety of 2D and 3D forms using materials from nature and an army of art supplies using paint, collage, clay, printmaking, mixed media, and more. Come bug out with us! Storytellers (Ages 4-7) Storytelling helps students improve their language skills, instills a love of reading and stirs imaginations. In this first-time class, talented professor of visual art Jennifer Pepper will guide students through painting, drawing and mixed media activities based on a variety of classic and contemporary children’s stories. Recycle-O-Rama (Ages 8-12) Students will be guided through using everyday recycled materials to think creatively, outside the box, and exercise their imaginations using unusual and recycled everyday objects like scrap wood, water bottles, used cardboard and plastic, styrofoam, aluminum foil, string, rope, toilet paper & paper towel rolls and more to create one-of-a-kind “Outsider Art” projects. Kid's Camp PM Session Thanksgiving Clay Wall Hanging - Jenkintown, PA
Join us for a No School Kid's Art Camp from 2-4 pm. We'll be making Thanksgiving Clay Wall Hangings. The class is for ages 8+ and is $25. Please call the studio to register 215-885-4545. Registration is required.

Kid's Camp: Quilt 2016 - Laramie, WY
Come join other young quilters and make some new friends. Participants will complete a quilt top in this one day class using a simple pattern. Age 10 and up and must own and know how to operate their own sewing machine. Registration fee is $60 (includes fabric and pattern).

Dive into our hands-on ocean adventure as we explore these many facets of marine biology! Learn about sea mammals and the cleverness of an octopus, race a squid, learn to eat like a whale, build your own submarine, make your own fish print, examine tiny life under the microscope, explore why penguins wear those little tuxedos, and discover the endless uses of seaweed! Jr Girls Summer Camp gr 2-4 - Lakeside Bible Camp
Girls camp has never been so fun! When the sun is out, campers can swim, kayak, innertube or even build sand-castles. For action-packed adventure, they can go BMX-riding or rock climbing. When inspiration strikes, the craft room is waiting. The girls will have a blast, but more importantly, they will also gain knowledge about the Bible and grow in their relationship with Christ. Positional Camp - Yum Center
All participants will receive individual instruction from U of L coaching staff on a specific position. • 2 night sessions from 4:30-7:30p will be set aside for specialty sessions • Advanced, detailed instruction in the fundamentals and tactics of each skill will be taught in a 3-hour session. • Specific position topics will include setting, outside and right side hitting, middle hitting and serve receive/defense.
