Join us as our Wildcat Soccer is changing to YDL versus CASA this year! Open to all 5th and 6th grade boys and girls. Practices will be held on the Japonica athletic field beginning Feb 1st. Games will be played on Saturdays. This will be a 6 week session: Game dates are set for: 2/20, 2/27, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, Mon 3/21 OR Tues 3/22. Player registration includes officials costs, new jersey, and a Page Mate photo. Player is responsible for black soccer shorts (per coach discretion), socks/shin guards, and soccer cleats. Keeping the Music Going
We worked hard to get our son interested in music and didn't want him to give up. That's why the idea of a fiddle camp was such a hoot! Not only did he get to practice his flute throughout the summer but he also picked up a few other instruments. Happy to report he is signing up for band! We need to have a camp meeting since Mid-Winter was cancelled . Anyone that would like to help with the camp in anyway we would like for you to come to the meeting so we will all be in the loop. Meeting will be at the East Fairmont Woody Williams Post in Fairmont ,WV Please let Joe Norris Camp Director know since the Fairmont Post is going to supply lunch he need to know if you plan to go so he have a head count.
Youth America Summer Camp 2015 - Oklahoma City, OK
If you have been invited to this page, you are either a student or parent of a Rise Up aged student. Once again, Rise Up (6th-12th grade) is going to Youth America for camp this summer. The cost is $225 per person. The dates are July 13th-17th. We have broken down the $225 in to 3 payments to help your budget. Students will study a variety of visual art forms common throughout Polynesia including printmaking, wood working, lei, quilting, and cloth/fiber art using plant dyes. Students will then create contemporary artistic interpretations of these traditional forms. 510-839-5777

In this poetry workshop, students will express themselves in both written and performance modes to explore the issues that are most important to them. Award-winning spoken word and published poets will help students express their authentic voices on both the page and the stage in an end-of-camp reading for family and friends.
