ELITE LAX CAMP - JUNE 1 - 4 2015 REGISTER EARLY : All registrations received by February 28th will automatically be enterred into a drawing for a Hopkins Helmet. The winner will be announced at camp. The prize will be awarded the first day of camp. High School Session: TBD daily. High School session will be run as collegiate practice sessions with intense, position specific instruction. UH Campus Rec Kid's Triathlon - Houston, TX
Hey guys. We are in need of volunteers to help out at the Kid's Triathlon the university is hosting. This is a fun all day event on April 19th with several volunteer shifts to help fit your schedule! If you'd like to help make this a great experience for the young ones, please comment/post on this event telling us when you can volunteer. The shifts are: - 4:45am - 9am (this will entail mostly set up and concessions) - 9am – 1pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 1pm – 4pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 4pm – 7pm (concessions, tear down and help with trash pick-up during event) The more volunteers we get to help out with the event the better it helps support the club. Teen Intensive Summer Camp 2016 - Scotts Valley, CA
This 3 week teen intensive is back by popular demand. Our teens love this camp. This camp is a trip and travel camp based out of Santa Cruz Mountains in N. Ca. Rappelling, White Water Rafting, Leadership, Firearms Safety Training, Trap Shooting, Basic Hunter Ed, Bow Hunting, Nature Photography, Backpacking, Friction Fire, Fishing, Fly-tying, Hiking, Backcountry Cooking, Horsemanship, Archery, Advanced Scout Training including Wilderness Skills and more. Summer Camp at TROT - Cottondale, AL
TROT will be hosting three summer camps in 2015. Camp will be from 9-2 Monday through Friday, with a horse show on Saturday so participants can show off what they learned. Cost is $200 per week, lunch, drinks and snacks are provided. Some scholarship assistance is available upon demonstration of financial need. Group discount rates also available. Muggsy Bogues Fundamental Basketball Camp: Week 1 - Crews Recreation Center
Local basketball legend Muggsy Bogues returns to Crews this summer with a pair of basketball camps for any children between the ages of 6-13. Muggsy and his staff of experienced counselors will teach campers a variety of different skills through games, tournaments and other activities. They will not only teach them the fundamentals of the game, but allow them to learn in a fun and positive environment! These week-long camps will last from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Lunch is provided. Spartan Quest-All Summer (9-3) - 1st-8th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Leddy Summertime fun begins at Spartan Quest, (formerly known as Sports Camp). This class will run for all 11 weeks of summer giving your camper a consistent, exciting summer day camp experience. We will spend the mornings doing fun things on campus like; playing games, flying kites, dodge ball, hide-n-seek, flag football, basketball, video games, etc…. We also will build our own fun when we build things like; bow and arrows from PVC pipe, marshmallow shooters, mini-golf-courses, obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, and anything else we can think of! In the afternoon we continue our fun off campus at places like; Tanganyika, ice skating, roller skating, Lazerquest, Watson Park, mini-golf, All-Star Adventures, Water Center, Bug Lady and many more too numerous to mention. New this summer we will be incorporating STEAM activities to inspire your childs creative mind. This class is designed for students entering 2nd to 8th grades who are looking for unlimited fun and adventure. Social Justice Super Heroes (A.M.) with Erin Lea-Dougherty - Westerly Creek Elementary (Art Room)
Teachers: Erin Lea-Dougherty and Pam Peters In this week-long camp, students will identify social issues that need help being solved. They will use a variety of materials to create costumes, tools, sidekicks, comic strips, and more that address social injustices.
