Projects are offered, yet kids lead with their ideas and take ownership over the project outcomes. Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body.
