Do you know or have kids that have in some way been affected by cancer, whether that means they have battled it themselves or have loved ones that have? Would they enjoy spending a day at Georgia Tech with college students? Then bring them on out to Georgia Tech Christian Campus Fellowship for Big Kid on Campus, a Saturday full of fun! We are hosting a day full of fun entertainment and activities including games, crafts, makeovers, kickball with the Georgia Tech Softball team, and even an appearance by Santa! Victory Park Camp Group A 1st week Jun 13 - Jun 17 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Parks Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High School?s swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson. Fairytale Storybook Production - Barn Second Floor
Storybook Production is a NEW program developed for young performers that combines a classroom experience and a production! We will develop our own individual characters and create a storyline together, including scenes, songs, and dancing. The production will be based on their favorite Fairytales. Instruction will include basics of vocal projection, stage movement, line memorization, character development and ensemble work. This class is a great introduction to stage acting and a way to help build self confidence, feel part of a supportive community and build performance skills. This program is designed for students age 4-1st grade. Performance will be held in our Performance Center May 6th at 5:30pm. Dress Rehearsal will take place May 5th 4:30-6pm. Baseball-Greatest Game Baseball Camp (Grades 3-8) - WWP High School North
Greatest Game Baseball Camp ( Gr ade 3 - 8) Provides quality instruction in all areas of offense and defense, while promoting fun and appreciation for baseball. Campers will develop their hitting, bunting, throwing, catching, and base-running skills. Camp will also incorporate activities and game situations to emphasize technical/mental aspects. Prizes and awards will be presented daily.
