Beginning students will learn basic skills involved with handbuilding in clay. This includes coil and slab built work, and basic sculpting techniques will also be covered as needed. All students will explore adding color using our selection of under glazes and colorful studio glazes. Tuition includes clay, glazes and firing fees. Class will meet: 01/17, 01/24, 02/07, and 02/14. SJCP Summer Camp 2016 - Mitchell, IN
Our annual summer camp for youth going into 4th grade through College Freshman in the Fall. Mates (WAITLIST) T,TH ($260 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only select this session if the weeks you would like your child to attend are not available on the Mates session. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. A class designed to introduce young children to sailing. Students will sail in a 14-foot sailboat, with three to four other children and one instructor. The class is a fun introduction to sailing with the goal of having students become comfortable in small boats. Specific skills include basic concepts of sail trim, steering and overall safety.
