Sports Performance Training - STA Gymnasium
This program is suited for all athletes looking for overall and sport-specific training. The program is designed to enhance speed, agility, flexibility, explosiveness, strength and overall athleticism. Included in the program are three 1-hour morning workouts for 8 weeks with nutrition counseling. 816-501-0011

Girls High School Performing Resident Camp - Army & Navy Academy
Our 2016 High School Performing Camp is our premium program, consisting of high performing U18 athletes eager to train with some of the best in the country and develop in a competitive environment. Athletes will either be invited or accepted after application to attend this camp. Players will advance with USA Rugby Academy; a one-of-a-kind rugby experience which allows athletes to grow as players and offers additional opportunities for exposure and experience. Players will be pushed to develop their situational recognition around different attacks, defenses, and tactics. Our Performing Resident Camps are the top place to be selected for ATAVUS All-Star teams for both 7s and 15s competition opportunities. The camp will end with matches between teams hand selected by the camp coaches to not only allow athletes to implement what they have just learned into live play but to further throw their hand up for additional selections. There will be a shuttle from the San Diego Airport to the Army and Navy Academy. The commuter rate does not include the shuttle, board during camp, and only includes lunch. 1-888-989-8728

Basketball Skills & Drills - 3rd-5th Boys - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
This is a 8-session program (2 days per week for 4 weeks) which will focus on basketball fundamentals and shooting development with emphasis on ball handling and shooting. Fiddling Fun and Jazzy Jammin - SCDS
Fiddling Fun and Jazzy Jammin Both fiddling and jazz styles enhance the musical development of any string player within a motivating context. Fiddlin Fun will boost your musical confidence and performance skills through a journey into an alternative performance style, through Celtic and American Fiddle Tunes. In Jazzy Jammin you will learn cool jazz rhythms, bowings, swing and be­bop style, syncopation and different scales.Open to violin, viola, cello and stringed bass. Taught by Dr. Melinda Rubin. Please register by May 10, 2016 On June 17th, at the last class, parents are welcome to celebrate in the students accomplishments. Requirements: Students must have completed at least 2 years of study on their instrument and be competent in note­reading so they can fully enjoy the class experience. 3D Animation & Modeling - The Digital Arts Experience
This introduction to the complex world of 3D animation will focus on modeling, texturing, and lighting. Using a free-to-download, open-source program Blender, students will work hands on to work on different 3D models each day.
