Campers will enjoy the full array of camp activities both old and new, playing games, learning new things and being encouraged to trust and follow Jesus. Campers sign up for three achievement classes for the week and also have many choices of free time activities. Margy Harryman, who will be speaking to mothers and wives, and Molly Sparling, who will be speaking with teen girls ages 13-18, will be sharing a shortened version of their Titus Bible Studies based on Titus 2:3-5. Ladies and girls will be meeting separately, but we will all enjoy our meals and breaks together. Retreat will cover one night lodging, Saturday breakfast and lunch and speakers expenses. Thursday Mornings - Four Rock
Our Forest Kindergarten program is modeled around German Waldkindergartens, in which all of our class time is spent entirely outside! Rolling enrollment continues based on availability Outdoor classrooms naturally create endless learning opportunities for our children to nurture their own curiosity, perhaps by following animal tracks and sign, making wild crafts with leaves and treasures found on the forest floor, or using fallen logs as balance beams. Adult mentors assist in the learning, rather than lead the teachings. This is different from a "nature preschool," which infuses lessons with nature-inspired themes and balances indoor time with outdoor time, as we will be outside the ENTIRE time in all but extreme weather conditions. Proper dress and an adventurous, curious spirit is essential... and we know thats what kids do best! 978-463-2233
