Many colleges offer a range of ways to enhance your Jewish experience - but college can also challenge some deeply held beliefs, especially with regard to Israel and international politics. This program brings 11th and 12th graders and their parents together with the experts in the field for a deeper conversation about what it means to be Jewish on campus. Offensive Skills Camps Session I: Grades 8-12 - James A. Rhodes Arena
This session of our Offensive Skills Camp is for boys and girls entering grades 8th-12th. Each player will have detailed instruction, film analysis, shooting instruction, and Division I college basketball practice each day with an emphasis on offensive skills. How do objects move through space? Does their movement affect our sense of direction and time? Become a space observer and learn to identify constellations and planets. Explore telescopes and other observation tools and see how astronomers investigate deep space objects. 919-962-1236

Hike out to the Point Bonita Lighthouse to see the power of the Pacific and the only lighthouse in the U.S. accessed by a suspension bridge. Step back in time and discover how the Coast Miwok people relied on the ocean and bay. Midweek, youll sail aboard the schooner Seaward to observe marine mammals, learn about maritime navigation, and identify plankton under microscopes.
