We are offering free haircuts to any Kid SpOt patients! We know haircuts can be a difficult task to complete for children with disabliltes. We hope to provide a calming one-on-one experience for these children to cater to their sensory needs. We will have several hairdressers helping out with this event. It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? All campers will receive excellent instruction in the fundamentals of the game as well as the opportunity to play in a live game each day. Each camper will receive an official Big Train & BCC Baseball Summer Camp t-shirt that will entitle the camper to free admission to all Big Train home games at Shirley Povich Field during the 2016 regular season. 301-365-1076

This summer-long program allows students who enjoy shooting the 3-D targets a chance to shoot at a variety of different clubs throughout the summer. Its a fun way for participants to hone their skills, challenge each other, enjoy the great outdoors. Club 3-D is for students who have completed grades 4-12 who have their own archery equipment.
