The PGA Junior Golf Camps Competitive Edge Golfer programs offer serious game improvement for the serious junior golfer. Offered at select locations, the Competitive Edge camps are taught by some of the countrys leading and most successful junior golf instructors, many of whom are former top junior golfers themselves. The camps concentrate on instruction which will take a campers game to the next level, with the emphasis on mental conditioning, course management, and the short game. By utilizing tournament-like conditions, campers are taught and tested on those skills identified as being mandatory to successfully compete at even the highest competitive junior golf levels. BOYS - Elite for High School (2016) - Lambert High School
High School Session: 9:00 am to 11:30 am daily. High School session will be run as collegiate practice with intense, position specific instruction. Participants must be in grades 9 to 12 as of the 2015-2016 school year. Due to NCAA Regulations, we are prohibited from advertising current players that will be working at the camp. The Elite Lax Camp features the TOP athletes at each position and ensure a player to coach ratio of 14 to 1 to maximize instruction. Learn from current collegiate players at the TOP of their game!! Nothing compares to the joy of cruising through Portland on a bike in the summer. Cruisers get a whole week of expanding their city view by exploring their neighborhood and beyond. Each day campers decide which destinations and parks to explore as a group, developing a sense of teamwork and mutual support along the way. Trips focus on riding safely, crossing intersections, reading maps, and troubleshooting common mechanical problems. Cruisers experience the empowerment of discovering new places through their very own person-powered transportation. As riders challenge themselves each day, many are surprised by how far they can go on two wheels.
