WCU Gymnastics is hosting a summer camp for female cheerleaders of any level who want to work on tumbling skills, body awareness, flexibility and acrobatics. This is a soccer camp for kids entering grades 4 - 8 emphasizing FAITH, FUN, AND FUNDAMENTALS. Campers will learn that the quest to develop as a soccer player "mirrors" the quest to develop as a Christian. Each day will begin and end with prayer. Are you comfortable with the world as it is or would you like to be an agent of change? In a democratic society, in a business, or in an organized group of individuals, change occurs through persuasion and negotiation. By attending this camp, students will learn the basics of congressional debate and parliamentary procedure. Through a blend of games, discussions, outdoor activities, and practice sessions, they will hone analytical skills, impromptu responses, and speaking abilities. Cool Skates - DC8 - Balboa Campus
Spin, glide, wiggle and swizzle! Each morning, take a bus from Balboa Campus to the San Diego Ice Skating Rink for a half-hour lesson and two hours of free skating time. Learn to play hockey if it interests you (also open to COV boys age 5-17). In the afternoon, return to camp for more activities, crafts, badge work and fun with friends.
