This camp will teach kids to enjoy competition. Our campers will participate in games and kid-friendly contests of some of the drills. Distance: Pace yourself from start to finish. Children will remain lifelong runners with the right shoes and the right distance. Running longer and farther is one of the best ways to keep our campers active. Come form happy hearts and lungs with us by building endurance, stamina, and strength. Jumping: Blast off to test your flying skills! Get off the ground with long jumps, high jumps, triple long jump, and much more. Learn simple techniques that will make a huge difference in jumping performance from the runway into the sand pit.
