Camp Agape 3rd Annual Memorial Run 5K and 1 Mile Kids Walk - Marble Fa
Come join Camp Agape for our 3rd annual Memorial Run 5k and 1 Mile Kids Walk! The largest team created will win a Team Trophy! Medals will be handed out to our top 3 male runners, top 3 female runners, as well as the top 3 runners in our youth division (12 and under). Each pre-registered participant will receive a free t-shirt and goody bag upon check-in. Following our award ceremony, we will hold a special balloon release ceremony where we will remember our loved one's. The Moose is a classic northeast creek. Big drops with multiple options for cool new lines. Intermediate and advanced boaters are welcome! Boat demos will be available from Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company, and paddles will be available for demo from Werner Paddles. Friday: Evening: Arrive at Fowlersville put-in and set up camp. Drinks and food around a campfire Saturday: Morning first timers run. Creeking clinics will be available. Engineering - Build It! - Middle School
This course is being offered in conjunction with the Webb Institute in Glen Cove: a private engineering college that offers a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Students work individually or in teams to design and build a boat that serves a specific mission. Each team is given a list of materials and then must collaborate on the design and construction of their boat. Student volunteers from Webb will assist the teams in applying engineering and physics to enhance the design of their projects. The week culminates with a field trip to the Webb Institute, where students get to test their construction skills under various conditions, tour their amazing facility, and visit the Robinson Model Basin to put their designs to the test by completing numerous challenges. Mates (WAITLIST) T,TH ($260 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only select this session if the weeks you would like your child to attend are not available on the Mates session. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. A class designed to introduce young children to sailing. Students will sail in a 14-foot sailboat, with three to four other children and one instructor. The class is a fun introduction to sailing with the goal of having students become comfortable in small boats. Specific skills include basic concepts of sail trim, steering and overall safety. Beginning Theater - North Yarmouth Academy
Does your child love the stage? Love to create and give life to other characters? Or could your child use an extra boost of confidence? This camp is designed for children new to theatre, using activities in role playing, improvisation, pantomime, and scene writing to bring the theatre to life for young actors. Students will also learn about staging and putting a show together. This camp will culminate with a performance Friday afternoon for family and friends. 207.846.2376

Sunflower Basketball Camp - Ages 11-13 - Olathe Community Center
This is a fundamentally-based camp for boys and girls ages 6-13 focusing on skill development through daily drill periods, contests, and competitive games. Instruction is provided by High School coaches and current and former college basketball players. Camp Director, Brett McFall, is an Olathe South High School grad and 1997 Mr. Kansas Basketball. Brett was a 4-year player at the University of Wyoming (1997-2001) and played professionally in Europe and the USA (2002-2004). He has 13-years of coaching experience and is currently the head coach at Shawnee Mission South High School. Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt.
