Below is a biography on your teaching professional and her philosophy Seiko Onoue began golfing at the age of 7 and played her first golf tournament at 9. As a junior, she won multiple events and received a scholarship to train at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Florida. In college, she joined the University of Southern California womens golf team and enjoyed a competitive collegiate golf career. She graduated from USC with a BA in Psychology, and began her career in golf instruction. Seiko integrates her background in psychology and competitive golf to improve players physical and mental game. Seiko has worked with men and women of all ages and abilities. She fosters a supportive and fun instructional environment aimed at helping students reach their goals! Seiko is a Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. Be your Own Best Coach! Teen Sewing Boot Camp - Edmonds, WA
Is your teen bored already? Sign him/her up for our week long beginning sewing boot camp running Monday through Friday, July 19 through 22 from 10 am to 2 pm daily. They will learn basic hand sewing techniques by hand making their own pin cushion and then graduate to sewing a pillowcase, pajama pants a skirt and other cool stuff., including getting to participate in a community project. Tae Kwon Do Camps 2016 Each day campers will participate in one of the following themes; Ninja Camp, Demo Team, Sparring and Kicks & Tricks. Ninja Camp - Focuses on balance, focus and extreme movements. Demo Team - Students will learn the key tools for developing the proper physical and mental attitude. This class is designed to introduce and strengthen the fundamentals of voice/singing for the adult voice. Students will learn proper breathing placement and projection techniques, as well as technical and interpretive principles. In addition, students will learn to select and prepare songs for their particular voices. Limited to ages 17 and older. H20 Adventures - Beat the Heat - Rengstorff Park
Imagine a camp where youth can learn swimming techniques, enjoy free swim with friends, and then spend the rest of the day playing awesome high activity games and crafts. Now imagine that this dream actually exists. We bring your H2O Adventures. Along with traditional outdoor camp activities and games, each participant will receive 30 minutes of swim instruction (provided by aquatic staff) followed by 15 minutes of free swim each morning, except on field trip days. Participants should arrive wearing a bathing suit with a towel and pre-applied sunscreen (Mon-Thur) with active running clothes and shoes in a bag. Every Friday, we?ll be going on an exciting field trip. One t-shirt will be provided to each participant for the summer session. Depending on the week, breakfast and lunch may or may not be provided. When the sun is at its peak, it?s the shade we shall seek. We?ll be playing fun water games and activities all week long, because we know summer gets HOT.
